I partner with executives and entrepreneurs to help them pursue sustainable growth, support their people, engineer serendipity and cultivate healthy workplace cultures. I have applied behavioral science, conducted research, established long-term client relationships and successfully engaged leadership teams to create a vision, build alignment and facilitate ownership of behavioral and physical changes in the workplace. I have pioneered the development of two international workplace consulting service lines and have an extensive track record of successfully implemented workplace programs. Having spent nearly a decade in transformation advisory, I build my expertise to improve how people reflect, connect, learn and ultimately feel and perform at work. Prior to choosing an independent path in 2014, I have worked as a consultant in both small and large consultancies and in a poverty-alleviation focused NGO. Committed to advance the psychological experience of work, I create and implement well being & mental health strategies at board level, facilitate group dynamics and continue my training in therapy.
